Difficulty Level-Easy

-IMPORTANT!--You're going to need a good quality photo for this one. I reccomend the photo has decent lighting and is NOT taken by a cell phone camera.

Step1-Open your image. I used this, but you dont have to.

Step2-Step2-Duplicate the bottom layer.

Step3-Step3-Set the duplicated layer's blending mode to "overlay"

Step4-Step4-Click the top layer and then go to filter>blur>gaussian blur. A screen like this should appear. Set the radius to 5.0.

Step5-Flatten your image, and you're done
