This is simple its going to make everything alot more soft and brighter.
Step1-Open your image. I used This I did not take that photo. Full credit goes to the photographer
Step2-Go to layer>duplicate layer>
Step3-On the top layer, set the blending mode to "screen"
Step4-Now go to layer>flatten image, save, and you're finished!
